- 3 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 onion
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Parsley for garnish
How to Make Söğüş Salad (Turkish Sliced Vegetable Salad)
Slice 3 tomatoes in the söğüş style (thin, flat slices) and arrange them on a serving plate with small gaps between them. Between the tomatoes, place 2 peeled cucumbers sliced into rounds. Arrange 1 julienned onion around the edges of the serving plate and garnish the center with parsley. Mix the juice of half a lemon with 3 tablespoons of olive oil and drizzle over the top.
