1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) milk
3 grilled chicken thighs
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
Half a tea glass (about 50 ml) vegetable oil
1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) cooked black beans
Half a teaspoon black pepper
100 g (about 3.5 oz) kaşar cheese (Turkish semi-hard cheese, similar to mild cheddar)
How to Make Chicken Burrito
Crack 1 egg into a bowl and whisk it. Add 5 tablespoons of flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 water glass of milk, then beat together with a hand mixer. Pour one ladle of the batter into a greased crêpe pan using a soup ladle. Spread it evenly across the entire pan. Once the bottom turns lightly golden, flip it over. Continue cooking the crêpes the same way until all the batter is used up.
Slice 3 grilled chicken thighs into long strips. Rinse them and cook in a pot until they release and reabsorb their juices. Add 1 julienned onion, 1 red bell pepper (seeded and julienned), and half a tea glass of vegetable oil, then sauté. Add 1 water glass of boiled black beans, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) of shredded kaşar cheese. Stir everything together and turn off the heat.
Spoon the prepared filling into the crêpes, fold in the sides, and roll them up tightly. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat for all the crêpes. Sprinkle the remaining kaşar cheese over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
