Once cooled, place the mixture in the center of the puff pastry sheets and fold them into a triangle shape to seal. Separately, in a pan, cook 2 grated apples with 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) of sugar. Once cooled, place the mixture in the center of the remaining puff pastry sheets and fold them flat to seal. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until golden, then serve dusted with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
