Ingredients for Sole Fish Salad
- 1 sole fish
- 3 potatoes
- 1 handful parsley
- 3 green onions
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
How to Make Sole Fish Salad
We boil the sole fish, halved lengthwise, in a pot. After boiling, we let it cool. Once cooled, we remove the bones and transfer the fish to a salad bowl. We dice 3 boiled potatoes into cubes and add them on top. We add 1 handful of finely chopped parsley and 3 green onions. We add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, the juice of half a lemon, and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, then mix everything together.
