  • 6 red kapya peppers (sweet red peppers)
  • 6 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 red peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make Roasted Red Pepper Salad (Közlenmiş Kırmızı Biber Salatası)

In a bowl, mix 6 tablespoons of yogurt with 2 cloves of crushed garlic.

Roast 6 red kapya peppers, peel and clean them, then slice thinly onto a serving plate. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over them, pour on the prepared yogurt sauce, and toss to combine.
