- 1 package kemalpaşa (Turkish soft cheese balls for dessert)
- 4 water glasses (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp each) granulated sugar
- 5 water glasses water
- 1 tablespoon tahini
How to Make Tahinli Kemalpaşa (Kemalpaşa Dessert with Tahini)
In a saucepan, combine 4 water glasses of granulated sugar and 5 water glasses of water and, once the sugar has dissolved, add 1 package of kemalpaşa. Once the kemalpaşa balls have softened, remove from heat. Place the kemalpaşa on a serving plate, drizzle 1 tablespoon of tahini over each piece, and serve. Enjoy!…
