- 500 g (about 1 lb) erişte noodles
- 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) crushed walnuts
- 3 tablespoons butter
How to Make Walnut Noodles (Cevizli Erişte)
Boil the noodles in a pot, drain, and season with a little salt. Transfer to a serving dish and layer as follows: one layer of noodles, one layer of crushed walnuts. Repeat this process 4 times.
