Ingredients for Baked Yufka-Wrapped Sausage Rolls
- 1 sheet yufka (thin Turkish phyllo-like dough)
- 1 long sausage
- Vegetable oil
How to Make Baked Yufka-Wrapped Sausage Rolls
Divide 1 sheet of yufka (thin Turkish phyllo-like dough) into four equal pieces. Place 1 washed long sausage on one of the pieces. Roll it up into a log shape. Cut the rolled yufka into 2-finger-width pieces. Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, with the yufka layers facing up. Brush a very small amount of vegetable oil over the tops. Bake in a preheated oven until the yufka turns just lightly golden. Enjoy!
