How to Make Kaşar Cheese Omelet
In a bowl, whisk 1 egg. Add 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of milk, 3 tablespoons of flour, 100 g of grated kaşar cheese, and 1 teaspoon of salt, then whisk again.
