Ingredients for Butter-Fried Trout (Tereyağında Alabalık)

  • 10 whole trout
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to Make Butter-Fried Trout (Tereyağında Alabalık)

Clean, rinse, and drain the 10 trout in a colander. Place 3 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a non-stick pan and, once hot, arrange the fish in the pan. Once one side is fully golden and crispy, flip them over. When thoroughly fried, serve directly from the pan. Enjoy!
