How to Make Mock Tripe Soup (Yalancı İşkembe Çorbası)
In a soup pot, sauté 100 g of ground beef in 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add 3 tablespoons of flour and continue to sauté for a little longer. Once everything is sautéed, add 3 water glasses of water and 1 teaspoon of salt, then stir with a hand mixer and cook until the soup thickens to the desired consistency. Remove from heat.
