Ingredients for Beef Tortilla Wraps
- 3 pieces of beef steak, for grilling
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 4 pinches of shredded kaşar cheese (Turkish semi-hard cheese, similar to mild cheddar)
How to Make Beef Tortilla Wraps
Julienne the 3 pieces of beef steak and rinse them, then place in a small saucepan and cook in their own juices until the liquid is absorbed.
In a skillet, sauté 1 julienned red bell pepper and 1 sliced dry onion in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add the beef cooked separately into the pan with the vegetables, then add half a dessert spoon (about 1 tsp) of salt and half a teaspoon of black pepper and sauté a little longer. Place the prepared filling at the edge of each tortilla wrap and roll them up.
Arrange the prepared tortilla wraps on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and grate kaşar cheese over the top. Bake in a 200°C (400°F) oven until the cheese has melted. Serve alongside a tomato sauce prepared separately. Enjoy!
