  • 1.5 water glasses (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp each) cooked rice
  • 1 kg (about 2 lbs) milk
  • 1 tablespoon starch
  • 2 water glasses granulated sugar

How to Make Cinnamon-Topped Sütlaç (Turkish Rice Pudding)

In a pot, combine 1.5 water glasses of cooked rice, 1 kg of milk, 1 tablespoon of starch, and 2 water glasses of granulated sugar, then beat together with a hand mixer. After beating, place over the stove and cook on low heat, stirring continuously. When serving, generously dust the top with cinnamon for a healing touch. Enjoy!
