  • 4 water glasses (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp each) milk
  • 5 tablespoons rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons starch
  • 1 water glass granulated sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • Cinnamon for garnish

How to Make Vanilla Muhallebi (Turkish Milk Pudding)

In a saucepan, whisk together 4 water glasses of milk, 5 tablespoons of rice flour, 2 tablespoons of starch, and 1 water glass of granulated sugar using a hand mixer, then cook and remove from heat. Add 1 packet of vanilla on top and stir well. When serving, you can garnish the muhallebi (Turkish milk pudding) with cinnamon. If you like, you can use decorative stencils for this. Enjoy!
