How to Make Winter-Preserved Samphire (Kışlık Börülce)
Wash and trim 1 kg of fresh samphire. Dice 3 peeled tomatoes into cubes and place them in a pot. Add the trimmed samphire, cut in half, then close the lid. Cook until the samphire turns slightly yellow, then remove from heat and let it cool. Once cooled, transfer into freezer bags and place in the freezer.
