Ingredients for Lazy Profiterole (Yalancı Profiterol)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Half a water glass of granulated sugar (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 water glass of water (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 3 water glasses of milk (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp each)
- 2 packets whipped cream (krem şanti)
- 10 halley cookies
How to Make Lazy Profiterole (Yalancı Profiterol)
In a saucepan, cook 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, half a water glass of granulated sugar, 1 water glass of water, and 1 water glass of milk together until thickened.
In a bowl, whip 2 packets of whipped cream with 2 water glasses of cold milk. Crumble in 10 halley cookies and stir to combine. Pour and spread the mixture into a glass serving dish. Pour the warm sauce over the top. Using a fork, shape into rounds. Refrigerate to rest, then serve.
