Ingredients for Milk-Marinated Steak

  • 4 steak slices
  • 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) milk
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) oregano
  • 1/2 dessert spoon (about 1 tsp) salt

How to Make Milk-Marinated Steak

In a deep bowl, combine 1 water glass of milk, 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 dessert spoon of oregano, and mix everything together. Add the steaks into the prepared marinade. Sprinkle 1/2 dessert spoon of salt and coat the meat thoroughly in the marinade.
