- 300 g (about 10.5 oz) ground meat
- 1 onion
- 1 handful parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 slices bread (crumb only)
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Black pepper
How to Make Breadcrumb-Coated Baked Köfte (Turkish Meatballs)
Grate 1 onion into 300 g of ground meat and finely chop 1 handful of parsley. Add 1 egg, 2 slices of soaked bread crumb, salt, and black pepper, then knead until well combined. Shape the mixture into small round köfte (Turkish meatballs). Coat each one in breadcrumbs, arrange on a lined baking tray, and bake at 180°C (350°F) until cooked through. Serve with cherry tomatoes.
