Ingredients for Pudding Brownie
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 water glass (about 100 ml) milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 packet vanilla
How to Make Pudding Brownie
Pudding: In a saucepan, whisk together 3.5 water glasses of milk, 2 tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of rice flour, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, and 1 dessert spoon of butter with a hand mixer and cook until thickened. Pour into a 24 cm (about 9.5 inch) springform pan greased with solid fat. Let it cool.
Brownie: For the brownie, first melt 2 tablespoons of butter and set aside. Add 1 water glass of dark chocolate and stir until melted. In a separate bowl, whisk 2 eggs and 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar thoroughly, add half a water glass of milk and continue whisking. Then add 1 tablespoon of flour and mix, and finally fold in the melted butter-chocolate mixture and stir well.
Pour the prepared brownie batter over the pudding and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 15 minutes. Once removed from the oven, let it cool and then refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
