Quick and Delicious Meat Recipes from Bonfilet
Quick and easy recipes from Bonfilet — tips for cooking beef entrecôte for beef lovers and lamb chops for lamb lovers.


Red meat, prized for its flavor, health benefits, and long-lasting satiety, can be used to prepare a wide variety of dishes. While some of these dishes require hours in the kitchen, others can come together quickly and easily. Bonfilet has shared two simple recipes made with beef and lamb — easy to cook and memorable in taste.

Beef Entrecôte
Ingredients:
180 g Bonfilet Beef Entrecôte
Half a tea glass (about 50 ml / 3 tbsp) vegetable oil
Salt
Black pepper
Instructions:
Rub vegetable oil onto both sides of your beef entrecôte using your hands or a brush. Then season thoroughly with salt and black pepper and set aside in a dish. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan over the stovetop. Place the meat in the pan. Sear both sides over high heat until the entrecôte begins to turn a rosy pink, then reduce the heat and continue cooking. After about 20 minutes, your beef entrecôte is ready. Optionally, serve with vegetable garnishes and pilaf.

Lamb Chops
Ingredients:
150 g Bonfilet Lamb Chops
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt
Instructions:
Add one tablespoon of vegetable oil to a preheated pan and fry the lamb chops. Season with salt to taste. Fry the chops uncovered for 15 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve alongside mashed potatoes.
