TIPS
* Instead of tasting every dish on the table, stick to the variety and amounts recommended for you.
* Keep your portions small and serve yourself little by little.
* The moment you feel full, don't force yourself to eat more.
* Chew each bite thoroughly and savor the flavor of your food.
* Choose red wine as your drink of choice; you can reduce the alcohol content of other alcoholic beverages as much as possible by adding plenty of ice and water.
* If you don't want to have a sleepless night, stop eating a few hours before bedtime.
* Don't forget to drink water!
WISHING YOU MANY HAPPY, HEALTHY, PEACEFUL, AND FIT NEW YEARS TO COME...
