Ingredients for Bow Tie Pasta with Ground Meat
- 1 package bow tie pasta
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Half a tea glass (about 50 ml / 3 tbsp) vegetable oil
- 100 g ground meat
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make Bow Tie Pasta with Ground Meat
Boil 1 package of bow tie pasta and drain.
In a pot, sauté 100 g of ground meat in 2 tablespoons of butter and half a tea glass (about 50 ml / 3 tbsp) of vegetable oil. Add 2 peeled and julienned tomatoes and stir for a bit. Add 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and once the tomatoes are cooked, add the drained pasta. Toss everything together and remove from heat. Serve hot.
