How to Make Chocolate Muhallebi (Turkish Milk Pudding with Cocoa)
- In a saucepan, whisk together 1 kg milk, 3 tablespoons starch, 2 tablespoons flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and 1 water glass of granulated sugar.
- Then turn on the heat and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture reaches a pudding consistency, and remove from heat.
- Pour the cooked chocolate muhallebi (Turkish milk pudding) into a glass dish. Once it cools to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator and let it chill until cold.
- Once chilled, sprinkle hazelnuts on top and serve. Enjoy!

If you blend the sugar, cocoa, flour, and starch dry in the saucepan before adding the milk, you will minimize the risk of lumps when the milk is added.
