How to Make Cinnamon-Topped Sütlaç (Turkish Rice Pudding)
In a pot, combine 1.5 water glasses of cooked rice, 1 kg of milk, 1 tablespoon of starch, and 2 water glasses of granulated sugar, then beat together with a hand mixer.
