How to Make Powdered Sugar Tahini Cookies
In a bowl, beat 1.5 water glasses (about 1 1/4 cups) of powdered sugar and 1 water glass (about 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of tahini together with a hand mixer. Add 1.5 water glasses (about 1 1/4 cups) of ground almond flour, 2.5 water glasses (about 2 cups + 2 tbsp) of flour, 1 water glass (about 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of vegetable oil, and 1 packet of baking powder, then beat again with the hand mixer. Knead the prepared dough and shape it by hand into round balls about the size of a tangerine. Arrange the dough balls on a parchment-lined baking tray and flatten them slightly by pressing down. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until the tops are lightly golden. Once the cookies have cooled, use a decorating sugar glaze to pipe a round circle in the center of each cookie. Cover the glazed circles with a soda bottle cap and dust the tops with powdered sugar. Enjoy!
