In a pot, sauté 1 water glass of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of butter, and 3 water glasses of flour together until browned.
In a separate pot, bring 2 water glasses of granulated sugar, 3 water glasses of water, and a few drops of lemon juice to a boil to make a sugar syrup.
