Ingredients for Fried Dough (Hamur Kızartması)

  • 2 portions store-bought bread dough
  • 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) vegetable oil

How to Make Fried Dough (Hamur Kızartması)

Take 2 portions of bread dough from the bakery and tear off pieces about the size of a mandarin orange. Grease your hands and stretch each piece out to the size of a saucer (using your hands), then fry in a pan with 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of vegetable oil. Enjoy!…

Cooking Tip

You can also add a mixture of white cheese and parsley inside, fold them closed, and fry them that way.
