- 1 sheet yufka (thin Turkish phyllo-like dough)
- 3 slices white cheese (similar to feta)
- Half a handful of parsley
- Butter
How to Make Yalancı Gözleme (Easy Skillet Flatbread)
Cut one sheet of yufka in half down the middle. Spread one half flat on the counter and place the prepared white cheese and parsley filling on top. Fold the edges inward and fold into a rectangular shape. Cook in a dry non-stick pan, flipping to cook both sides. While still hot, spread a little butter on top and serve.
