On Day 14, we've completed the second week of Ramadan. For the last day of the week, we've built our iftar menu around a satisfying and healthy baked chicken recipe. Since it's quite a light main dish, we've paired it with a hearty Chickpea Noodle Soup. Just as we chose an olive oil dish on the very first day of Ramadan, on Day 14 we're going olive oil again — and we're sharing the perfectly seasonal Artichokes in Olive Oil recipe!
