Ingredients for Grape Jam
- 1 kg (about 2.2 lb) yellow grapes
- 800 g (about 1.75 lb) granulated sugar
- Half a lemon
How to Make Grape Jam
Wash 1 kg (about 2.2 lb) of yellow grapes, remove them from their stems, and place them in a pot. Add 800 g of granulated sugar and stir occasionally. If any foam forms, skim it off the surface. Once the liquid thickens, squeeze in half a lemon. Bring to a boil one more time, then turn off the heat.
