Ingredients for Sparkling Water Cake (Gazozlu Kek)
- 3 eggs
- 1 water glass of granulated sugar (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 water glass of vegetable oil (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 tea glass of milk (about 100 ml / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 1 bottle of plain sparkling water (1 large water glass)
- Flour, as much as needed
- 1 packet of vanilla
How to Make Sparkling Water Cake (Gazozlu Kek)
Beat 3 eggs and 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) of granulated sugar together with a mixer. Add 1 water glass of vegetable oil, 1 tea glass (about 100 ml / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) of milk, and 1 bottle of plain sparkling water (1 large water glass), then beat again. Add flour as much as needed and 1 packet of vanilla, and continue beating. Pour the prepared batter into a greased cake pan and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (340°F).
