Ingredients for Wheat Salad
- 2 water glasses (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp each) wheat
- 1 bunch dill
- 4 scallions (green onions)
- 2 roasted red peppers
- 1 lemon
- Half a tea glass (about 100 ml / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) salt
How to Make Wheat Salad
We boil the 2 water glasses of wheat that we soaked the night before, drain it, and transfer it to a serving dish. We chop 1 bunch of cleaned and washed dill and add it on top. We finely chop 4 cleaned and washed scallions. We clean the 2 roasted red peppers, remove the seeds, and finely chop them. We add the juice of 1 lemon, half a tea glass of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, and 1 dessert spoon of salt, then toss everything together.
