How to Make Cake Burger
In a bowl, whip 1 water glass of cream and half a water glass of powdered sugar together using a hand mixer.
Preheat your baking tray in the oven at 190°C (375°F). In a separate bowl, use a hand mixer to beat together 1.5 water glasses of flour, 1 water glass of granulated sugar, 1 water glass of cocoa, half a teaspoon of salt, half a dessert spoon of baking soda, 1 dessert spoon of baking powder, 2 tablespoons of butter, half a water glass of milk, half a water glass of cream, 1 egg, and 2 dessert spoons of vanilla extract. Remove the tray from the oven and line it with parchment paper. Scoop 1 tablespoon of the batter at a time onto the tray, spreading each scoop with a spoon to form small rounds. Place all the batter this way, leaving space between each round. Place the tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.
Once cooled, remove from the tray, spread the prepared cream on one round, and press another round on top like a hamburger bun. Let them rest in the refrigerator.
