İftar Menüsü

We're into Ramadan and 10 days have already passed. So what should we cook for Day 10 of our one-of-a-kind iftar menu series? If you're ready, let's get started... HEALING IN EVERY BOWL

We break our fast with a delicious, quick, and easy-to-prepare vegetable soup. We made this nourishing vegetable soup with celery stalk, carrots, zucchini, and onion. Feel free to use any vegetables you like.

THE PERFECT PAIRING FOR MEAT DISHES

Bulgur pilaf is much healthier and much lower in calories than rice pilaf... Garlicky bulgur pilaf, which pairs especially well with meat dishes, is a perfect match alongside Alinazik.
