İftar Menüsü

We've left the first 3 days of Ramadan behind. Now it's time for the 4th day of iftar... The day's opening soup is the beloved and widely preferred Strained Red Lentil Soup (Süzme Mercimek Çorbası). As the main dish, a truly unique and delicious flavor that lives up to its name — meaning "the king of dolmas" — Şıhıl Mahşi (King of Stuffed Vegetables), and the only dish that pairs perfectly alongside dolma is pasta. We crown our table with walnut-filled sarı burma, the crown jewel of iftar tables. May your table be plentiful, and bon appétit!

THE KING OF DOLMAS

Şıhıl Mahşi dolma (King of Stuffed Vegetables) hails from Hatay Antakya and is also very well known throughout the Southeast. A truly unique and delicious flavor that lives up to its name — the king of dolmas!

THE PERFECT PAIRING FOR DOLMA

You don't serve pilaf alongside dolma. So what do you serve with it? Our savior, of course — pasta! We're sharing a recipe that transforms into something entirely different with the addition of parmesan cheese.

FOR THE RECIPE: Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Parmesan

THE CROWN JEWEL

We crown our table with walnut-filled sarı burma, the crown jewel of iftar tables. A delicious hand-rolled walnut sarı burma — one of our traditional desserts and a Ramadan staple.
