1 package pasta
½ tea glass (about 50 ml / 3 tbsp + 1 tsp) + 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

3 tomatoes

How to Make Pasta with Tomato Sauce and Garlic Yogurt
Boil 1 package of spaghetti pasta and drain.
In a pot, melt ½ tea glass (about 50 ml / 3 tbsp + 1 tsp) of vegetable oil together with 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the pasta and toss to coat.
In a sauce pan, combine 3 grated tomatoes, 1 cube of sugar, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil and cook until the tomatoes reduce and thicken, then remove from heat.
Crush 2 garlic cloves into a bowl of yogurt and mix well.
When serving, spoon the garlic yogurt over the pasta first, then pour the tomato sauce on top. Enjoy!
