How to Make Swiss Chard Sauté with Eggs (Yumurtalı Pazı Kavurması)
Trim the ends of the stems from 2 bunches of Swiss chard, wash them, then chop finely. Place in a pot and add water until the chard is just covered. Cook until the stems are tender, then drain. Once cooled, squeeze out the excess water thoroughly.
In a pan, sauté 1 finely diced onion in 1 tea glass of vegetable oil (about 100 ml / 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp). Add the Swiss chard. Season with 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 dessert spoon of salt, and 1/2 dessert spoon of Aleppo pepper flakes, and sauté together. Crack 5 eggs over the top and cook, stirring continuously.
