- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1 dessert spoon (about 2 tsp) salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How to Make White Bean Balls (Kuru Fasulye Topları)
Soak the beans overnight, then boil them in a pot and drain. Pass them through a food processor and transfer to a bowl. Crack in 1 egg, add 100 g (about 3.5 oz) of grated kaşar cheese, and 3 tablespoons of flour. (Add more if needed.) Season with salt and black pepper. Chop the parsley and add it to the mixture. Knead everything together, then shape into balls by hand. Roll the prepared balls in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil until golden. Serve with ketchup and mayonnaise.
