Ingredients for Chocolate Chip Muffins
- 2 eggs
- 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) granulated sugar
- 1 water glass (about 200 ml / 3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) milk
- 1/2 water glass (about 100 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 water glasses (about 400 ml) flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- Chocolate chips
- Paper muffin cups
How to Make Chocolate Chip Muffins
Beat 2 eggs with 1 water glass of granulated sugar. Add 1 water glass of milk, half a water glass of vegetable oil, 2 water glasses of flour, 1 packet of baking powder, and 1 packet of vanilla, then beat again. Place the paper muffin cups in a muffin tray. Pour the prepared batter into the cups, leaving about a finger's width of space at the top. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and bake in a 190°C (375°F) oven. Enjoy!
