We're presenting a recipe with Yogurt and Köfte (Turkish Meatball) Soup that will satisfy those looking for a hearty yet refreshing iftar soup. Following the Köfte Soup, we chose a legume dish and prepared a fiber-rich chickpea stew. And what's a chickpea dish without pilaf? We made your rice pilaf even more flavorful by preparing it with şehriye (Turkish orzo). We rounded out our wonderful menu with Kadayıflı Muhallebi (Shredded Pastry Milk Pudding), a beloved recipe among light iftar desserts that make all the difference. Don't miss it!
