SOMETHING VERY DIFFERENT
Many of us don't know about purple carrots, or we see them at the market but aren't sure how to use them. You can make all sorts of things with purple carrots, but the soup is incredibly delicious!
FOR THE RECIPE: Purple Carrot Soup

TWO IN ONE
A wonderful recipe that eliminates the need to cook a meat dish and separately make mashed potatoes... The eggplant contains both mashed potatoes and meat all in one!

REFRESHING
Since we used pilaf the day before, we prepared a refreshing, mint-packed Cacık (yogurt-cucumber dip) to serve alongside this wonderful kebab. That said, if you have leftover pilaf from the previous day, it will pair beautifully with this dish as well.

TRADITIONAL
İncir Uyutması (Stewed Figs in Cream) is one of the most classic and traditional desserts, and it is very much loved during Ramadan. If you've heard of it but haven't tried making it yet, this is the iftar to give it a go!
