Day 2 Iftar Menu
We're back with the second day of our 30-day iftar menu series! Here is a delicious iftar menu for the second iftar of Ramadan.

We made it through the first day of Ramadan and we're on to day 2! We're kicking off the second day's iftar dinner with a steaming, irresistible yogurt soup with barley şehriye (Turkish orzo). Since we had köfte (Turkish meatballs) on day one, today we're going with a vegetable main dish and making a wonderful mushroom türlü (mixed vegetable stew). But for those who say vegetables alone won't fill them up, we've also prepared potato-stuffed içli köfte (stuffed köfte) on the side. And since we kept the main course light with a vegetable dish, we chose a syrup-soaked dessert — and what a show-stopping, utterly delicious pistachio saray sarması (palace roll baklava) it is! Bon appétit in advance, may your table be full of abundance...

For those who say vegetables alone won't fill them up, we've prepared potato içli köfte (stuffed köfte) on the side. If you're not a fan of bulgur (cracked wheat) and semolina, you can also make içli köfte with everyone's favorite staple — potato!

A TRULY SHOW-STOPPING DESSERT
